Delivery Information

Our retail customer delivery service is provided by selected third party partners. They will endeavour to deliver the item(s) to your room of choice, provided there is clear and adequate access.  The delivery team WILL NOT undertake any carpentry work or alteration to existing services.  Before requesting delivery of an item please ensure that there is adequate access to the property and space to manoeuvre the item within the property. If an item cannot be delivered for reasons outside of our control, you can request a re-delivery, for which a charge will be made.
